2- Modifications
You may make any necessary modifications to our products to fit your purposes. You may alter the products code for your own use. You may not distribute the original product's code or your modified product's code of the copyrighted materials listed under "License" above without the explicit permission of mixwebtemplates. Porting to other platforms and content management systems and redistributing as GPL or otherwise is also strictly prohibited. You may not remove or change the mixwebtemplates copyright information in the header of the xml descriptor file for all products. You may remove all other mixwebtemplates copyrights and links.. You may however delete "design by mixwebtemplates" on the footer but you are not allowed to change it with "design by you". Please contact us if you have any requirements that are not covered by these terms.
3. License
Any PHP portions of extensions are released under GPL. All mixwebtemplates templates, external javascript sheets, internal javascript included on php files, css sheets, and images, whether belonging to a template or extension are copyrighted material of mixwebtemplates and are NOT GPL licensed, unless otherwise identified. These items of templates are not compiled together but are sent independently of GPL php code, and combined in a client's browser, do not have to be GPL themselves. Copyrighted items of products may not be redistributed, sold, or repackaged without permission from mixwebtemplates.
4- Unauthorized use
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from us. Please contact us if you require more clarification. All images are used for preview purpose only and not included in the final purchase files.
5- Updates
All templates are always designed for the latest version of Joomla, but we can give no guarantee, that the templates will run with future versions of these CMS?s. Downloading updates depends of membership you have chosen, and the maximum time is one year. As a single purchase, you will have a time period of one year. The extensions which are inside template packages, should purchased separately in able to have update access.
6- Delivery:
All our free downloadable products are available for direct download. All paid downloadable products can be downloaded with membership or as a single product. Paid products will be accessible for download after payment is received and verified. To process our payments we use Paypal.
7- Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are our property. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
8- Use of Content
You acknowledge that the site contains or may contain material (collectively the "Content") which is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights. You may not transfer or sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part, except with an expressly permitted Agreement from the developer.
9- Refund policy
All our products are digital goods, that is to say they are non-tangible goods, once they have been received, we have no control of duplication being made of the product. It is for this reason, we do not issue refunds on any of our products. You are responsible for understanding this upon purchase.
Refunds are given only in cases:
- Irreparable Defects With The Extension
- Product Not-As-Described
There is not any refund if you refused provide to our support staff access to your web-site to investigate our product you are having issue with.
10- Warranty
We do not warranty or guarantee our products in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components as there is currently no certification process for such components. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that Our templates will work with all browser combinations.
11- Support
We offer these templates and designs 'as is', with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components and modules. Further, we offer no support via email for installation, customization, administration of Joomla etc. Support is given via email only in case of template issues.
12. Content and Images
All content and images shown on mixwebtemplates demos are for presentation purposes only. Demo sites are intended to exemplify a live website and do not make any claim of any kind to the validity of non-mixwebtemplates content, images or posts published. Images are not included in template purchase.
